I host a circle at a private residence in Mount Vernon each month.

Come get cozy with a cup of tea in candlelight and take part in the magic of expression, witness and deep listening.

Women’s circles are an invitation to share what’s on your heart and witness one another in celebration and grief of this wild human experience.

Take part in the reintegration of ritual and ceremony within community spaces and be reminded that our experiences are not as unique as they may seem.

You can expect to be guided through a brief embodiment practice, followed by introductions, boundary setting and intentions, and finally, group sharing. We close circle with another short meditation if time allows.

These events are 18 and up, but babies in arms are always welcome. What is shared in this setting is to be kept completely confidential. When you show up, you agree to uphold this contract.
